Anna Dania Esch,
Psychologist and Yoga Teacher based in Berlin

I have always been fascinated by the connection of mind and body. Striving to understand and utilze this link drives my journey as a clinical & health psychologist, scientist, yoga teacher and student.

I teach vinyasa flow and meditation classes and am studying the effect of yoga and mindfulness practices on mental health. For my doctoral degree, I am currently researching how yoga can be used in the treatment of anxiety and have developed a yoga program suitable for people with an anxiety disorder.
